Unique to us with a striking blue appearance - this short cocktail, a martini variation, packs a tasty and refreshing orange flavour punch.
Ingredients Per Serving
- Martini (if short) or Hiball (if long) glass
- Shaker
- 2 measures of Seville orange gin
- 1 measure of blue curaçao
- 2 dashes of orange bitters
- Garnish with tic-tacs
The Method
- Fill shaker to the top with ice
- Add ingredients
- Shake hard
- Double strain into chilled glass of choice
- Lemonade top up for long version
- Garnish with tic-tacs
