Each cocktail box contains 4 cocktails.
This classic variation using our own Spicy Gin balances sweet with sour, garnished with chilli flakes to create a depth of flavour that breaks conventional expectations.
Ingredients Per Serving
- Chilled Rocks Glass and a mixing glass
- 2 measures Spicy Oriental gin
- ½ measure sugar syrup
- ¼ measure lemon Juice
- ¾ measure Crème de Mure
- Garnish – chilli flakes
The Method
- Fill mixing glass to the top with ice
- Add the gin + syrup + lemon juice
- Stir 20 secs one way then 15 secs in the other direction
- Strain into your chilled glass
- Drizzle the Crème de Mure & stir gently
- Garnish with the chilli flakes
