A fantastic fruit and refreshing cocktail that is balanced and flavoursome.
Ingredients Per Serving
- Balloon Glass
- 2 measures Seville Orange Gin
- 1 measure St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- Indian Tonic water
- Garnish Citrus fruit (orange or lemon)
The Method
- Fill glass with ice
- Add gin over ice
- Drizzle St. Germain over the ice
- Top up carefully (minimise bubbles) with tonic
- Garnish with slice of Orange
