Best viewed as a riff on the Pornstar martini that replaces the passionfruit with luscious strawberry and tart raspberry flavours.
Ingredients Per Serving
- Strawberry (hulled)
- 2 measures raspberry vodka
- 5ml Benedictine D.O.M.
- 10 ml strawberry syrup
- 15ml lemon juice
- 2.5ml sugar syrup
The Method
- Sugar rim chilled coupe glass
- Muddle the strawberry
- Fill shaker with ice
- Shake
- Double strain & enjoy
