Help to Buy
The Help to Buy scheme is another scheme designed to make the goal of home ownership possible for more people across the UK. A government scheme that works by;

you will provide a 5% deposit and the government, through an
appointment Help to Buy Agent, providing you with a loan for 20% of the property value. The Help To Buy scheme does not require payments in the first five years.
​
