CORONAVIRUS & THE HOUSING MARKET UPDATE

Well I had planned a post about how excited we all are to be back in the office from this week but my plans appear to have been crushed last night!

However it's not all bad news, we are still really excited to be back at work and we are still available to help you with all of your mortgage needs. This year is going to be a really big year for us and having as much support for a small local business will be great!

Latest Coronavirus Update with Moving Home;

"You can still move home. People outside of your household or support bubble should not help with moving house unless absolutely necessary. Estate & Letting Agents and Removal Firms can continue to work. If you are looking to move, you can go to property viewings. Follow the national guidance on moving home safely, which includes advice on social distancing, letting fresh air in and wearing a face covering"

There is currently no update on the Stamp Duty Holiday so would still appear to be ending on the 31st March 2021 and no update if Mortgage Payment Holidays with no impact on your credit score will be available again but I will keep you up to date.
